She is trained at Boulevardteaterns Teaterskola in Stockholm, Sweden, and at Arts University Bournemouth, UK, but has also attended acting courses at Stockholms Konstnärliga Högskola, Calle Flygare, and Fridhems Folkhögskola among others. Cajsa is also a trained theatre teacher. 

She has starred in many commercials, and films, as a voice-over artist and on stage.

She is also available for modeling jobs.
