Hanna Oldenburg is a Swedish actress, director and producer.
Oldenburg was born in Stockholm, Sweden, and raised on the small archipelago island Adelsö. Oldenburg started her film career at drama school Kulturama in Sweden, and later trained at NIDA, National Institute of Dramatic Arts, in Australia. Later, she moved to Los Angeles, United States, to study Business Management of Entertainment at UCLA Film School. She worked and interned for production companies such as Indian Paintbrush, Gran Via Productions and FilmNation Entertainment. Since moving back to Europe she has been the Head of Industry at the Stockholm International Film Festival. She has starred as the lead actress in feature films Mareld, Animalistic and Blood Runs Cold, TV-serie Hamilton, comedy Attack of the B-film, and feature film John Bauer & the Mountain King. Hanna has currently been filming director Ruben Östlunds Triangle of Sadness (2021) Starring Woody Harrelson and Harris Dickinson, among others.
Oldenburg is a talented equestrian who competed professionally as a show jumper, being included in the Swedish National Team. As a 17-year-old she received a scholarship handed out to the most promising riders, which she accepted at the arena in Scandinavium, Gothenburg. She used to work as a rider for Peder Fredricson and Lisen Bratt Fredricson in Grevlunda, Skåne. Her best horse was called Fighter, and their best year ranking was no. 6 in Sweden.
